UTA Black Belt Grading – March 2025
We are incredibly proud to share the fantastic achievements of our students who successfully passed their black belt grading at the UTA Headquarters in Hitchin on 15th March 2025.
The day began with an intense morning of pre-grading training, designed to sharpen focus, reinforce technique, and prepare everyone mentally and physically for the challenge ahead. Following this, the students faced a thorough examination covering all aspects of the Taekwon-Do syllabus. From fundamental movements and patterns (tuls), to sparring, breaking techniques, and theory, every student demonstrated outstanding skill, determination, and perseverance.
Earning a black belt is not just about mastering physical techniques – it also reflects personal growth, discipline, and commitment to the art of Taekwon-Do. The journey to black belt is demanding, and reaching this level is a testament to years of hard work, resilience, and a true martial spirit.
It was wonderful to see the passion and spirit each student brought to the grading. Under the careful eye of the UTA senior examiners, all candidates displayed the high standards expected of a UTA black belt.
A huge congratulations to everyone who graded!
You have made an important step forward in your Taekwon-Do journey, and we look forward to seeing how you continue to develop, inspire, and lead both inside and outside the dojang.
Remember, a black belt is not the end – it is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
Well done everyone – you have made your instructors, your club, and yourselves very proud!
